Directions For Use

Contraindications: Do not use concomitantly with corticosteroids, prostaglandins, oxytocin and beta adrenergic blocking agents. Discontinue use in pregnant mares at least seven days prior to expected foaling times as uterine contractions may be prevented.

Horses may develop some tolerance to the pharmacological effects of clenbuterol and pulsed administration (eg 10 days on, 10 days off) is recommended over continuous administration in chronic conditions.
