The app provides a personalized experience for each customer, with a custom interface tailored to their order history. Users will enjoy quick and easy access to our full range of products, backed by the support of the Vetmeds team.

App Login

Existing customers can access the app using their current website login information. New customers may register for an account. To authenticate your registration, all new accounts must be registered with a working mobile phone number.

Removing our mobile app or Deleting your data.

If you no longer require the app or you would like your data to be deleted, please submit the form on our contact page providing your full name, email address and a short message.

Alternatively you can request the deletion of your account once logged into the app or website. My Account > My Details > Delete My Account.
